Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
House Rules
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No fires/flames
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Two night minimum (unless pre-approved)
- Check-in time: after 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
Hawaiʻi County Restrictions
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes
Other things to note
Rate includes GE tax (4.5%).
The state of Hawaiʻi collects a Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% and Hawaiʻi County has a Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%.
