Each bedroom also includes a new ceiling fan to keep the air moving, along with a white noise sound machine/night light/bluetooth speaker (Yogasleep), extra pillows, and blankets.

Yes, Palaoa House has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cooking utensils. We also provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, and instant oatmeal to get you started. Guest are required to take all perishable food items with them upon check out.

Yes, Palaoa House is operated as a licensed short term rental (STR). Hawaii county restrictions include:
– Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
– Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
-The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes.
-Additionally there is, no smoking, no pets, no events, no commercial use, and a booking age requirement of 25 years and above.
Is there a minimum night stay at Palaoa House?

What is the cancellation policy for Palaoa House?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Guests can cancel their booking up to 14 days before the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be refunded 50% of the total booking. In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be given. Is there a cleaning fee for Palaoa House?
Yes, there is a cleaning fee of $99 for Palaoa House. We do ask that prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
– Remove all perishable items
– Take out the trash
– Wash and put away all used dishes
– Place all used towels in a pile
– Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
– Close and lock all windows and doors
– Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
